Resident ‘Baritenor,’ Christopher emanates from the forests of Roanoke, Virginia, and studies Theatre, Communication, and Religion. Christopher discovered a love for theology and apologetics that enabled him to grow in his faith and more actively embody what it means to “do all to the glory of God.” Christopher enjoys expressing the glory of God on stage and attends WFU on a Presidential Scholarship for Theatre. He discovered his love song by singing show tunes in his car, is humbled to be singing with such a talented, fun, and Christ-centered vocal group as Chi-Rho.
Kgosi Hughes

Kgosi is a Junior from Gaborone, Botswana. Kgosi went attended the Drakensberg Boys’ Choir School in South Africa for 8 years from the age of 10 years old and continues to enjoy singing in choir, learning music theory and playing piano. Kgosi is a Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Major and intends to have a career in Pediatric Medicine after graduation.
Zachary Atala

Zachary is a sophomorefrom Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He loves singing with the group and also enjoys the community. Zachary says it has been a great opportunity to spread the word of God with some great people. While he wants to pursue a career in medicine, he enjoys teaching both biology and chemistry whenever he has the chance.
Zac Anderson

Zac is a sophomore from Minnesota, and loves being apart of Chi Rho. Zac was very involved in the choir and theatre departments in high school and he is one of the Presidential Scholars for Theatre here and Wake. In his free time, he runs two businesses, ZA Creative, graphic design agency, and Curtain Up Theatre Camp, a summer musical theatre camp for kids. Zac plans to major in Business and Enterprise Management with a focus in Marketing. He enjoys singing with the amazing guys of Chi Rho and spreading the Gospel through music. Phil 3:14
Christopher grew just under five minutes from Wake Forest, in Winston Salem, NC. Christopher listened to Chi Rho growing up and always looked forward to joining the group as a powerful bass. Christopher enjoys being a member of Chi Rho and embodying the image of Christ wherever he goes.
Josh Knight

Voice Part: Bass
Josh is a talented Bass from Greensboro, North Carolina. Josh enjoyed singing in high school and found out about Chi Rho through his uncle, one of Chi Rho's founding members. Josh loves being a member of Chi Rho and enjoys presenting to the Lord joyfully in song. Josh also has a deep love for sports and particularly loves supporting Wake Forest in football and basketball.
Marcos Lammel Knebl

Marcos is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He went to high school in Winston-Salem, NC where he sang in his high school's choir. Marcos enjoys having the opportunity to spend time in community with the other members of Chi Rho.
Nathaniel Avery
Class: Junior
Major: Mathematics
Voice Part: Bass
Nathaniel Avery is a mathematics major from Groton, CT, also known as the submarine capital of the world. When not singing with Chi Rho, he can be found acting, helping with Wake Forest Campus Recreation and Intramurals, or playing videogames with friends from back home. He’s very glad for all Chi Rho has done for him, and hopes to leave a permanent mark on the group by the time he graduates.
Thomas Peterson

Thomas is a Wake sophomore from Nashville, Tennessee. In high school, he sang in the choir and starred in several musicals. He fell in love with Chi Rho when he first heard them perform on campus. Thomas is grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the Lord through worship and fellowship with the other members of Chi Rho.
